Service/Repair
(1)
Inspect all components for breaks, cracks, corrosion and other damage. Pay particular attention to threads
of lifting ring (1) and bolts (5).
(2)
Inspect nuts (3) and bolts (5) for damage to wrench faces.
(3)
Inspect spring washers (4) and ensure that they are a helical shape, and not flattened. Discard flattened
spring washers.
(4)
Replace components as necessary.

Installation
(1)
Hold plate nut (2) over mounting holes in pallet, and insert two bolts (5), with flat washers (6) between bolt
head and face plate.
(2)
Place spring washer (4) on each bolt (5).
(3)
Screw nuts (3) onto bolts (4) and tighten.
(4)
Screw lifting ring (1) into plate nut (2).
